Mechelen in Fire and Flame: Winter in Mechelen will be extra atmospheric this year. The popular event and crowd puller returns and promises an unforgettable experience for young and old. For three weekends, the city will be transformed into a fairytale winter wonderland, where fire and light play the leading role.

Three locations, one Magical Experience
The festival kicks off December 6 and 7 in the enchanting Tivoli Park. With a mix of musical fire receptions, atmospheric light projections and impressive fire performances, this is the ideal place to seek winter warmth. Then the spectacle moves to the charming village center of Hombeek on December 13 and 14. Here, local associations and catering establishments join forces to welcome visitors with heart-warming winter drinks and entertaining activities. The festival concludes in the historic center of Mechelen on December 20 and 21, where a varied program of fire-breathing dragons, flea circuses and a grand finale on the Grote Markt awaits.
